We are dreamers and innovators. Not your A to B or your 9 to 5. We believe in the journey, the story and the beauty of the open road.

We owe a great deal to the pioneers of electric vehicle classic car conversions, who were innovative and brave enough to stand apart from what had been done before and try something new. This gave us ground to innovate and experiment with CAN bus analogue instruments until we had a perfect product for the automotive after-market world.

Back then in 2020, when Engineer Daniel Loveless left the Aerospace world, he converted a classic Triumph TR6 to electric for some hands-on experience. We decided to start an electric classic car company, ‘Peterson Electric Vehicles’, but it was soon obvious that the instruments were our skill and passion.

We are Peterson Instrument Co. – a family-run Engineering and Design team with an office and workshop in Hampshire, England. We have grown as a company that not only offers automotive instruments for electric classic cars, but for any classic, retro or niche vehicle with a CAN bus system.
